Established in 2015, Sunny Kpor LLC is a family-owned, real estate company serving residents in Illinois and Virginia.

 

We acquire, renovate, lease, and manage single-family homes and multi-family homes. Our chief goal is to meet the needs of our tenants by providing quality housing at reasonable prices.
